Crowds are taking up every possible vantage point to see the Fuhrer. Hitler rides in open car past cheering crowds. Hitler gets out of the car and after meeting officers inspects the Guard of Honour. A huge crowd has formed in a city square to cheer Hitler who appears on a balcony. The crowd chant some kind of oath. Hitler strolls up and down the balcony past other dignitaries (possibly Austrian politicians). N.B. This film is quite scratched.
